We went to the casino to play slots after the resort touted it’s reopening with new clean procedures and social distancing Went on 5/30 around 5pm. I hope anyone reading this lock up your valuables and hope for the best. The security manager (Troy) was useless, promising to return my call. The only time I got a return call was after I contacted the general manager. They were not interested in helping me at all. I made every effort to get through to them the next day or two. Long story short after many many phone calls mostly on my part(the hotel security and house cleaning staff rarely returned calls) then had the nerve to tell me since there has been such a delay in notification there was little chance of recourse. I called the hotel that evening I arrived home. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it was gone until I got home to Canada. My error for leaving my iPad sitting out in plain view but it was stolen from my room.
The staff don’t seems trustworthy and it proved true. None of the restaurants were very good, and very expensive. Unless you spend a pile of money on the slots, they don’t care about you. I went with a girlfriend last November for a fun weekend.
